Sleep Away Camp

Universal Camping is a unique wilderness, fine arts, academic and sports sleep away camp located in in the Catskill Mountains in Upstate New York with beautiful, state of the art facilities with exquisite pine log dormitories with modern baths and an atmosphere of kindness and caring.

Campers develop a rewarding esprit-de-corps as they work together to learn more about Nature that is magnificently spread out around them panoramically with Catskill Mountain splendor.  Friendships they find are long lasting and the feelings deep with fond memories. The activities include Swimming, Martial Arts, Field Sports, Track and wilderness skill training; Music, Drama, Crafts and Art; intriguing trips like Howe Caverns & Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. Eighty acres of a magical, enlightening summer!
